I am writing this letter to acknowledge that I have known Michael D. Posdal, President of Lean Transition Strategies for the last twenty years. My relationship with Mike has spanned both professional and personal spectrums. You will not find a more honest, intelligent and considerate person with the organizational and process improvement skills that Mike has honed over the last several years.
Most recently, I hired Mike to lead a significant process improvement initiative in our organization. We were struggling to condense the time period between when a customer signs a Purchase Agreement and when they ultimately closed. We asked Mike to analyze the multitude of processes impacting this part of the transaction. Using his talents and Six Sigma tools, he was able to produce a comprehensive report with measurable and achievable goals for improvement. We are now in the implementation stage and are already seeing improvements that directly improve our bottom line.
