My Philosophy
My approaches revolve around a simple idea: Improving the organization’s condition.
My strategy to achieving improvement:
LEAN QUEST:
Get one process to make only what the next process needs, when it needs it and link all processes from the customer back to raw material in a smooth flow without detours that generates the shortest lead time, highest quality and lowest cost
Lean Thinking
Line up value-creating tasks in tight sequence, eliminate waste in your process and create uninterruptible work flow so your customers can pull value. Your agile process will allow you to respond with high quality products and services quickly.
Six Sigma
Create uninterruptible flow by using rigorous data analysis to pin-point ‘root cause’ sources of common cause variation and eliminate them.
Slide down the Pareto 80/20 power rule. It follows that 4% of business processes cause over 50% of waste and rework. Let success accelerate implementation of Six Sigma. Use a 4% - SWAT team of subject matter experts (SME’s) on a laser-focused problem (use VOC) to determine root cause and develop a solution in 2 days. Then leadership can take over to implement and track results.
Project Management
Adhere to systematic Project Management principles (PMBOK) to organize, validate and keep your end-to-end quality solution development and implementation on track and performing at its peak level.
