Formerly, I was a Senior Project Manager deploying multi-million dollar, multi-site turnkey networks for Nortel Networks and a Senior Project Engineer in the manufacturing operations of Nortel Networks and Illinois Tool Works focusing on Critical Customer Requirement process improvements, harnessing Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to reduce waste and variation.
I’ve saved companies millions of dollars. One example; I designed a demand based mobile phone antenna assembly flow line that reduced inventory by 40%, increased product velocity by 30% and reduced labor by 20%.
